BLACK CANYON CANOE TRIP CREW

The crew of 4 adults and 10 scouts took off early this morning for the  Black Canyon. They are quite excited to be on the river for 3 days, and Zach's Uncle Steve is providing an insiders' tour of the Hoover Dam later today. Should be a really great day!

Shotgun shooting

I am sorry this is a little late..... here are some pictures from the shotgun shooting day. After having got lost on the way to the Lemon Grove Rod and Gun Club we finally made it. A few of us were novices at this, but the larger portion of our group were experts. At the end of the day there was a shooting contest with which two of our group qualified for. One of the received second place! What a day it was. It was my first time shooting and I really enjoyed it. I hope every one else did too.

Please note that the meeting on Monday night will be at Poway Fire Dept., 13050 Community Road, Poway, CA 92064. Do not go to Pomerado Elementary School, as previously indicated.

Wear Class A uniform, as usual.

New Eagle Scout
